Personalised learning' is an often used phrase within educational
environments, and a key part of this initiative is providing learning resources in a format that is best suited to that of the individual student.
Audio is informative, portable and provides a far more flexible format that
students can access whilst undertaking other tasks, making it ideal for
distance learning where students also work and access to tutors is limited. Once created, these audio files can be used time and time again.
The result? More students are likely to both access and retain the information provided within the learning resources.

A company providing distance learning courses, has ascertained the following issues through a recent questionnaire to existing students.
Many students feel isolated due to the lack of personal contact
